Helius MediaGate Router 3550

The Helius MediaGate Router 3550 is a DVB receiver, IP compliant router, and open application server that enables the integration of IP network services over satellite and terrestrial networks. Based on open standards, in both design and feature set, the 3550 enables the simple, secure and reliable delivery of applications such as training, dynamic digital signage, corporate communications, streaming video, and much more.

Its unique modular design allows the Helius MediaGate 3550 to be customized and updated easily. Management of the 3550 can be done locally or remotely using the browser based Helius Management Console. Upgradeable options for the 3550 include a front LCD control panel and an integrated OneTouch Site Controller card. Helius has partnered with OneTouch to create a consolidated platform that supports the requirement for “live” and “on-demand” learning utilizing Helius’ MediaClassroom Live or OnDemand software packs.
