Helius and Hughes Network Systems Enter License Agreement

GERMANTOWN , MD and LINDON, UT, May 17, 2005—Helius, Inc. and Hughes Network Systems, LLC. (HNS) announced today that they have entered into a licensing agreement where HNS will license certain broadband satellite technology from Helius.

Under the agreement, HNS will license technology from Helius' U.S. Patent No.6,205,473 B 1, “Method and System for Asymmetric Satellite Communications for Local Area Networks.”
