Helius Appoints Kim Clark as Senior Vice President of Engineering

Experienced Technology Executive to Drive Product Innovation

LINDON, UTAH – NOV. 2, 2005 – Helius, Inc., a leading developer of world-class IP broadcasting solutions for business, announced today the appointment of Kim Clark as Senior Vice President of Engineering. Mr. Clark will be responsible for the development and delivery of Helius’ industry leading technologies.

"With his many years of experience, Kim will accelerate and enhance the development of our innovative technologies, helping us drive our solutions further into the IP video infrastructure, IPTV training and digital signage markets."

Prior to Helius, Mr. Clark held executive engineering positions with Linux Networx, a Linux clustering technologies provider, Lineo, an embedded Linux system software company , and Novell (NASDAQ: NOVL) . Mr. Clark has been responsible for super computer development, embedded Linux development and the delivery of Novell’s flagship products.

Mr. Clark holds a bachelor degree in electrical engineering, with minors in mathematics and physics from Utah State University.
