As President of Helius, the leading provider of digital communication solutions, Mike Tippets is responsible for setting corporate strategy and aligning corporate resources to meet that strategy. Together with the Helius senior leadership team he is focused on delivering world class solutions to the market.

Since joining Helius in 2003, Mr. Tippets has held senior management positions including CTO. His dedication to customer satisfaction and passion for building technology solutions to solve business problems are keys to his success.

Mr. Tippets brings more than 20 years of high-tech management experience to Helius. Prior to Helius, Mr. Tippets held senior positions at SonicWALL, WordPerfect, Novell and Sprint. Mr. Tippets received his Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University.

Kevin Lawrence

Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing

As Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Kevin Lawrence has responsibility for generating the company's revenue growth through the development and management of the Helius sales organization. Mr. Lawrence also has responsibility for developing and managing partner and customer relationships and insuring the highest degree of customer satisfaction.

Mr. Lawrence is a demonstrated leader with 20 years of experience working with commercial, federal, and international markets. Prior to Helius he held various sales and marketing positions with AT&T and OneTouch Systems. Mr. Lawrence received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Strayer University.

Kim Clark

Senior Vice President, Engineering & CTO

As Senior Vice President of Engineering for Helius Mr. Clark is responsible for all critical path engineering management. His duties include the management of all engineering people, plans and process ensuring quality and on-time delivery of all Helius products. As Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Clark works closely with customers, analysts and other industry leaders to align advances in technology with product offerings and solutions.

Mr. Clark brings more than 20 years of extensive engineering management experience to Helius. Prior to this position Mr. Clark was Vice President of Engineering at Linux Networx, a developer of high-end clustering super computers. Mr. Clark also held executive positions at Novell, Lineo and Signetics corporations. Mr. Clark has directed the delivery of industry leading technologies including NetWare and the third largest Linux-based super computer in the world. Mr. Clark holds a bachelor degree in electrical engineering, with minors in mathematics and physics from Utah State University.

Todd Jolley

Vice President, Operations

As Vice President of Operations, Todd Jolley's responsibilities include product and life cycle management, outsource manufacturing, procurement, hardware quality and revision control.

Mr. Jolley has 25 years experience in manufacturing and operations management. He has managed manufacturing and fulfillment operations in the past at WordPerfect, 3Com, Manufacturers Services LTD, and IntegraCore. He has a deep understanding of manufacturing and fulfillment as a contract manufacturer and as an OEM. He is a member of the Institute of Supply Chain Management, The Nation Association of Purchasing Managers, and of APICS. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Phoenix in Information Technology.

Jason Pierce

Vice President, Training Solutions

Jason Pierce is responsible for sales, planning, and business development for the Helius suite of online training solutions. This suite of software has been internationally recognized as a leader in the eLearning space and is currently used by Fortune 500 companies to create and track online training for hundreds of thousands of users around the globe.

Mr. Pierce brings more than 10 years of Information Technology and eLearning expertise to Helius and joined the company through its June 2007 acquisition of PointeCast, where he was one of the founding employees. Prior to PointeCast, he held business development and application development positions at GE Medical Systems and Tenfold Systems. Mr. Pierce received both his Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management (magna cum laude) and his MBA from Brigham Young University.
